If you would like to find out more about the food when you're at the festival please ask anyone of the volunteers at the Food Pavilion or at the Greek Sweet & Coffee Tent and they will be happy to answer any and all of your questions.

Artisan style pizza crust folded over our homemade tomato sauce, a cheddar & Mozzarella cheese blend combined with Greek feta. Stone baked to perfection and topped off with Greek oregano.

Baklava Sundae

A sundae with a Greek twist

NEW

Homemade baklava layered between premium vanilla ice cream, drizzled with chocolate throughout and topped off with fresh whipped cream, sliced almonds and more chocolate.

Frappé  (frap-pay)

An iced coffee beverage that has been shaken or blended to produce a tasty foam and refreshing drink which is served cold, often with whipped cream and toppings.

Baklava

A sweet pastry with layers of phyllo dough filled with chopped nuts and held together with syrup.

A delicious nutty center rolled up with shredded dough scattered on top, along with a sweet syrup

A custard pie with phyllo, served with a sweet syrup. 

Made of thin sheets of dough that are folded while being fried into a crispy package that is drizzled with honey and dusted with cinnamon

A moist oval cookie served with sweet honey syrup and topped with chopped walnuts. 

Olive Bread

Hand-worked, hearth baked bread with flavorful Greek kalamata olives throughout to complement this artisan bread’s rich golden crust.

Kourabiedes

(Koo-rah-bee-eh-des)

Kourabiedes are a delicious traditional Greek cookie, packed with the aromas of fresh butter and roasted almonds and garnished with luscious layers of  icing sugar.

Made by combining sour cherry syrup with ice water.

Of all Greek home-grown beverages, this one is the most refreshing and invigorating. Perfect for summer.
